EAST PASADENA, Los Angeles County — Residents planning trips without a car can compare Metro’s A Line rail service at Sierra Madre Villa Station with connecting bus routes including Route 268.
Metro’s published Route 268 timetable, effective June 7, 2026, connects El Monte Station and Sierra Madre Villa Station through Temple City, Arcadia and Sierra Madre. The station offers an interchange with the A Line for regional rail travel. The county’s community profile identifies the station as an important nearby transportation resource for East Pasadena–East San Gabriel.
Check the current timetable
The published Route 268 schedule includes separate weekday and weekend/holiday tables. Service may be revised, and actual stops should be checked on the live Metro trip planner; the route does not necessarily pass every East Pasadena street. Metro’s station information also identifies parking at Sierra Madre Villa, subject to current conditions.
Passengers should verify fare policies, TAP payment methods, accessibility and service alerts before leaving. Metro lists 323-466-3876 for travel information.
